BSNL to provide spl SIMs for Yatris

Srinagar, June 30: The state-owned Mobile Operator, BSNL,  which is the only mobile service  provider en-route Amarnath cave and have made mobile BTS towers functional.  
 A BSNL statement said that BSNL  would be providing a special Yatra Sims for Amarnath Yatris to facilitate their communication during the holy pilgrimage, with this regard the salient features of these special SIMs.
 The cost of SIM would be Rs 200/- (SIM 20+FRC 42+TOP UP 138) and the Talk Time    Rs 160 with validity        of 15 days from its date of activation.
 “These SIMs will be activated within 24 hours and can be obtained through any BSNL Counters at nearby location after providing relevant Yatri slip and Proof Of Address  and Proof of photo Identity,” the statement added.
