Chief Justice visits Budgam courts

Srinagar, July 9: Acting Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court Justice F M Ibrahim Kalifulla paid a surprise visit to district courts at Budgam in central Kashmir on Saturday. 
 The Chief Justice checked some files of the courts and went around the entire court premises, including record room and Malkhana. He issued on-the-spot directions to the judicial staff for proper upkeep and maintenance of the record room and Malkhana.
 He asked Deputy Commissioner Budgam to provide basic infrastructure and proper renovation of the court complex wherever required.
 During his interaction with the Bar members the Chief Justice exhorted upon the lawyers to render all assistance to the Judges in dispensation of administration of justice. He assured them that their genuine demands would be looked into and redressed on merits.
