Forest-XI beat Budgam-XI by 7 wkts

10TH MIRZA NOORUDDIN CRICKET TOURNAMENT

Srinagar, July 10: In the ongoing 10th Mirza Nooruddin memorial cricket tournament Forest-XI defeated Budgam-XI by three wickets at Kashmir University ground here on Friday.
 Batting first, Budgam-XI were bundled out for 131 runs in 32.3 overs. Abid Hussain with 33 was highest scorer for them while Shafkat took four and Manzoor took three for Forest.
 In reply Forest-XI achieved the required target in 20.2 overs for the loss of three wickets. Tanveer with unbeaten 59 was highest scorer for them while Aslam Bhat scored 52. Muhammad Shabban took three wickets for Budgam. Shafkat was adjudged as man of the match.
 The event is being organised and sponsored by Amateur Cricket Club.
