PPP committed to Kashmir cause: Gilani
Islamabad, July 11: Prime Minister of Pakistan, Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani, has said that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) was committed to Kashmiris’ right to self-determination adding that the foundation of the party was laid on the basis of Kashmir dispute.
Prime Minister Gilani said this while talking to PaK premier Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan who called on him at the PM House here on Monday. According to a state owned news agency, Gilani appreciated the contribution of Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan and his party to the cause of Kashmiris and thanked him for working closely with the Government of Pakistan for the welfare of the people of PAK.
Khan assured the Prime Minister to continue working for the welfare of the people. He also apprised the Prime Minister of his recent visit to Kazakhstan.
