Nayeem denounces govt action
CURBS ON SEPARATISTS
Srinagar, July 14: Terming mainstream politicians visit to martyrs graveyards a ‘drama’, Jammu Kashmir National Front chairman, Nayeem Ahmad Khan said “it was shameful for the Government to restrict the people to their houses for whose freedom the martyrs laid their lives.”
In a statement, JKNF said, after two days of continuous house arrest, Nayeem Khan went to party headquarter and addressing the workers saying, “Everybody knows that who deceived and sabotaged the mission of 1931 Martyrs so the mainstream politicians’ drama won’t have any impact now”.
Khan said, “These power hungry people have sold themselves and their conscious cheaply. New Delhi is also aware about their hunger and knows that the people who are not loyal to their own people can’t do any best for India as well”.
Commenting on his house arrest and the undeclared curfew in Srinagar on Martyrs Day, Nayeem said “to visit the Martyrs graveyards under the shadow of gun, mainstream politicians were deceiving nobody, but themselves”.
