Srinagar, July 16: Hurriyat Conference (G) leader Amir Hamza was detained by Police in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Saturday, the amalgam said. “The police detained him at Nagam Chadoora this afternoon and he was later taken to an unknown destination,” the spokesman of conglomerate Ayaz Akbar said. Condemning the arrest, he said police should provide his whereabouts to his family.
