Economic Advisor JK visits Aegis BPO Rangreth

Srinagar, July 19: Economic Advisor to J&K Government, Jaleel Ahmad Khan today visited the Aegis BPO at Rangreth, here today.
 The Advisor who was accompanied by General Manager SIDCO Sajad Qadri and Managing Director, SIDCO Moazam, took stock of the ongoing expansion work of the new BPO building coming up adjacent to the already established one.
 State President, Essar Group, Zahoor Malik and Site Head Omar Wani informed the officers that the second phase of the Centre was nearing completion which would generate jobs for another 500 people.
  “The first building was completed in a record six months’ period and the second phase has also reached completion as per schedule.”
 The Economic Advisor expressed satisfaction over the quality of work going on in full swing.
 Khan also interacted with the Management of the BPO. He inspected the functioning and interacted with the agents on the Ops floor, a statement here said today.
 The Economic Advisor expressed satisfaction over the functioning of the BPO and said the expansion plan will create more employment opportunities for the talented youth of the state.
 He said government will provide every possible assistance to the private sector.
