Mujahid Manzil to be preserved as heritage building: Mubarak Gul
Castigates Opposition For Misinformation Campaign
Srinagar, July 20: Advisor to Chief Minister, Mubarak Gul on Wednesday said Government has framed a comprehensive policy for preservation of monuments and heritage buildings in the state.
Gul said this while inspecting Mujahid Manzil heritage building here today. He said Mujahid Manzil will be renovated suitably alongwith other heritage structures to conserve them for the posterity. He said he has already discussed the issue with the Chief Minister.
On the occasion, Gul came down heavily on the opposition for “indulging in misinformation campaign” against Government. He said massive infrastructure construction programme started by the coalition Government over the years has begun to show visible impact on the State’s development profile.
“The concrete programme is too noticeable to be eclipsed by the false propaganda. The issueless opposition must acknowledge the facts,” he said.
He said the coalition Government not only came up with concrete policy to tackle unemployment problem but also successfully conducted assembly polls. “On every front the Government has brought perceptible improvement” he said.
