Traffic on Rajouri-Poonch road disrupted
Thanamandi (Rajouri), July 21: Vehicular movement on Rajouri-Poonch highway remained disrupted for more than three hours following protest demonstration by the local residents and traders demanding up gradation of the Government hospital.
The protests erupted after local shopkeepers, led by Beopar Mandal Thanamandi, downed their shutters and took to street to register protest against the Government’s alleged failure to concede their long pending demands.The protestors blocked the vehicular movement on Rajouri-Poonch and Rajouri-Shardha Sharief road for over three hours. The protestors alleged that the local people were suffering due to the lack of medicare facilities.
