Services of 19 SPOs regularized

Udhampur, July 24: Jammu and Kashmir police has inducted 19 Special Police Officers of Udhampur and Reasi district as constables and followers. 
 According to police communiqué, the Director General of Police, Kuldeep Khoda regularized the services of these SPOs by inducting them into the permanent and file of JKP at a function organized in the District Police Lines here.
 It said 18 SPOs from Reasi and one from Udhampur were regularized as constables and followers after conducting proper verification of their services. Besides four constables were also given out of turn promotion for their extra ordinary services in police force, it added.
 While complementing the newly inducted SPOs in the police force as constable and followers, DGP hoped that they would put in their sincere and dedicated efforts in delivering the best services in the police force. He also asked them to strive hard for strengthening the police public relation in a big way.
 Inspector General of Police, Jammu Zone, Dilbag Singh, thanked the DGP, J&K for granting out of turn promotion to constables and absorption of   SPOs as constables and followers in Police department for their outstanding performance.
