GK NEWS NETWORK
Srinagar, July 25: The residents of Aloocha Bagh have complained that in violation of High Court orders tippers and other heavy load carriers during daytime ply on the bund which connects Tengpora highway with Ram Bagh.
The residents said the daytime moment of tippers has put them to immense inconvenience as they find it difficult to move out on the road.
“We avoid letting our children move out on the roads because the tippers move at a high speed and literally trigger havoc,” said members of a Singh family requesting not to be named.
The complainants said the tippers not only move recklessly but most of them have no number plates in the rare.
They appealed the SP Traffic Srinagar Maqsood Ul Zaman to personally look into the matter and deploy additional cops on duty at the two ends of the bund to avoid any mischief by the “Tipper Walas.”
