JK Bank RSETI Sopore conducts trg program

Srinagar, July 8:  To enhance the quality of learning and expertise, J&K Bank Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) Sopore organized a one-day trainers’ training programme the other day.
 Over 50 persons known for their learning in respective fields interacted with the faculty of the institute.
 The experts showed keen interest for serving the society in eradicating the menace of unemployment through encouragement of entrepreneurship in different segments of economic activities, the bank in a statement said.
 Director (RSETI) Fayaz Ahmad Nika, Head of the Department, Commerce at GDC Sopore Prof. H G Mustafa, Assistant project officers of the DRDA Baramulla conducted a brain storming interactive session with the participants.
 Speaking on the occasion, Director Institute said that such programmes would be a permanent feature of the institute in future also.
 The second batch would join the institute for training in ‘Entrepreneurship Development” from 11th of July, 2011. A large number of unemployed as well as employed youth had turned up for enrolment in the training programme.
 Meanwhile, the participants hailed the Bank for holding such programmes. They impressed the need for holding these programmes, which according to them could prove very helpful to eradicate the unemployment from the state.
The participants also appealed the government to hold such programmes.
