2 top JK Bank officers retire from service

Srinagar, May 31: After putting in more than 38 years of service in J&K Bank, Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Ashok Kumar Mehta, and President, Kuldeep Kumar Sharma were accorded a warm send off by the Bank staff here today on attaining the age of superannuation.
Many farewell gatherings were held to honour them for their distinguished contribution in the bank’s uninterrupted growth and development.
The main farewell function was presided over by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mushtaq Ahmad.
Ahmad hailed their contribution and exemplary performance. Speaking at the farewell gathering, Mehta thanked management and employees of the bank for their total support and cooperation.
Sharma said, “My association with this organization has been the most precious part of life and it will continue to be so”.
