Cop saves tourists

Ganderbal, June 10: A policeman saved two tourists from drowning at Gagangeer Sonamarg on Friday.
 Eyewitness told Greater Kashmir Sumit Kumar and his son Manish Kumar of Janipur Rajsthan slipped into nallah Sindh accidentally this afternoon. A head constable of Counter Insurgency Kashmir (CIK), Nazir Ahmed, who was standing nearby, jumped into the nallah and pulled the duo out.
 The Station House Officer and Tehsildar Kangan have recommended Nazir for bravery award.
