HC summer vacations from Monday

Jammu, June 10: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court, both Jammu and Srinagar wing, is closing for summer vacations from Monday.
 According to the notification issued by the High Court, the Court will remain closed for summer vacation from Monday, June 13 to Friday July 4 (both days inclusive).
 Acting Chief Justice, Justice FM Ibrahim Kalifulla nominated the Judges to be Vacations Judges for both wings of the High Court to hear matters which may required to be immediately or promptly dealt with for the respective periods.
 Justice JP Singh will hold the Court at Jammu from June 20 to June 24 whereas Justice Sunil Hali will hold the Court at Jammu from June 27 to July 1.
 Justice Hasnain Massodi will hold the Court at Srinagar Wing from June 20 to June 24 whereas Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain will hold the Court at Srinagar from June 27 to July 1.
 Principal District and Sessions Judge Jammu, AK Shan also nominated the Sessions Judges during summer vacation from June 13 to June 27 to deal with emergent matters of Jammu District.
 As per the order, Vinod Chatterji 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu will be available from June 13 to June 15, Pawan Dev Kotwal 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu from June 16 to June 20, KS Parihar 1st Additional Sessions Judge Jammu from June 21 to June 25 and GK Pandita Additional Sessions Judge Jammu from June 26 to June 27.
 Similarly, CJM Jammu MS Parihar appointed Duty Magistrates during summer vacations commencing from June 13 to June 27.
 The Judicial Magistrates shall function as Duty Magistrates for the disposal of urgent criminal cases for District Jammu during Summer Vacations are Jatinder Singh Jamwal Special Excise Magistrate Jammu from June 13 to June 17, Sandeep Gandotra 3rd Additional Munsiff Jammu from June 18 to June 22, Renu Dogra 2nd Additional Munsiff Jammu from June 23 to June 27 to deal with emergent criminal cases for District Jammu.
