Srinagar, June 15: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Wednesday issued transfer and postings orders of Principal District and Session judges and other judicial officers.
Nighat Sultana, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Udhampur, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Judge (Matrimonial Cases) Jammu vice Sanjeev Kumar Bhagat.
Sanjeev Kumar Bhagat, Additional District Judge, (Matrimonial Cases), Jammu is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bhaderwah vice Puneet Gupta. Puneet Gupta, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bhaderwah is transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kathua against available vacancy.
Pawan Dev Kotwal, 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, TADA, Jammu is transferred and posted as Special Judge, Anticorruption, Jammu vice A K Koul.
A K Koul, Special Judge Anticorruption, Jammu is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Rajouri vice Sanjay Dhar.
Sanjay Dhar, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Rajouri is transferred and posted as Presiding Officer, MACT Jammu vice Sanjay Parihar.

Kishore Kumar, President, Divisional Consumer Forum, Jammu is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Poonch vice Brij Mohan Gupta.
Brij Mohan Gupta, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Poonch is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Udhampur vice Ashok Kumar Sharma.
Ashok Kumar Sharma, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Udhampur is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kathua vice Jang Bahadur Singh Jamwal.
Services of Jang Bahadur Singh Jamwal, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kathua, are placed at the disposal of Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice for his posting as Registrar Judicial, High Court Wing Jammu.
Shakti Kumar Gupta, District and Sessions Judge, presently attached in Srinagar Wing of JK High Court is transferred and posted as Additinal District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla vice Muhammad Yousuf Wani.

S C Katal, Sub Judge presently posted as leave Reserve High Court Jammu is transferred and posted as Sub Judge/CJM Kathua vice Deepak Kumar Sethi.
Deepak Seth Sub Judge/CJM, Kathua is transferred and posted as Sub Leave Reserve High Court, Jammu.
Mirza Riyaz-ul-Haq, Sub Judge Surankote is transferred and posted as Sub Judge/CJM, Poonch vice Rajesh Kumar Abrol.
Rajesh Kumar Abrol, Sub Judge/CJM, Poonch is transferred and posted as Sub Judge/CJM, Kargil vice Vishesh Kumar Parihar.
Vishesh Kumar Parihar, Sub Judge/CJM Kargil is transferred and posted as Sub Judge Surankote vice Mirza Riyaz-ul-Haq.
Geeta Kumari, Munsiff, Bishnah and Swati Gupta, Munsiff, Samba, shall swap their place of postings.
All the transferees shall move simultaneously after handing over charge to the available Judicial Officers at their headquarters.
