Vohra, Kamat discuss JK security
Srinagar: Union Minister of State for Home, Communications and Information Technology, Gurudas Kamat, met Governor, N N Vohra here on Tuesday evening and discussed the overall security situation in the State.
According to an official communiqué, Vohra and Kamat also reviewed the measures being taken for expansion, upgradation and modernization of telecommunication and IT network in the State.
The Governor emphasized that this was imperative for the economic development of the people, particularly those living in the remote and far-flung areas.
