Flying high on Music

Kabul in Srinagar

Srinagar, June 18: He loves to fly and that too on a musical note. Kabul Rishi, a young singer from New Delhi is here to enthrall the Kashmiri audience.
Bought up in New Delhi, Kabul is the professionally qualified Airbus pilot. But he decided to choose flying with his dream of singing rather than literal flying.
“Music flies us away from the hatred,” he says.
First time in Kashmir, Kabul is excited about the performance here.
“I know the cultural and artistic beauty of Kashmir and the people’s love for music so I’m excited to perform here for the first time”, Kabul says.
Kabul started learning music at a tender age from the classical music Gurus.
Carrying the fame of many solo performances under his belt, he wants to draw the Kashmiri audience towards his enduring aura of melody in his voice.
“I believe I can fly, I believe I can touch the sky, but it’s possible only when I touch the hearts of people,” he says
