Ex Babu misuses potable water

Srinagar, June 20: At a time when people are finding it hard to get water for human consumption a retired official of Public Health Engineering department is allegedly using potable water for construction of a commercial complex at Barzulla thereby depriving the locals of their genuine share.
 The residents of Barzulla said their taps were running dry for the past few days.
 “When we looked into the problem we got to know that the retired Babu is lavishly drawing water from a 3 inch pipe which was meant for the Mohalla consumption,” said a delegation of locals.
