At SKIMS, Allahabad medico speaks 'Ten Commandments for Docs'

Srinagar, June 20: Renowned gastroenterologist Dr SP Mishra of Motilal Nehru Medical College Allahabad delivered a lecture on “ Ten Commandments for Doctors” at SK  Institute of Medical Sciences.
 A SKIMS handout Tuesday said Dr SP Mishra gave a detailed presentation on the subject enlightening the audience.
 Enumerating the commandments he said that “doctors who are a distinguished class should be rational in their thinking, curious , recognize good ideas and be professionally competent besides being honest , humble and dedicated to their profession.”
 Dr Mishra is presently working as professor in Motilal Nehru Medical College Allahabad. He has more than 170 research papers and awards in his credit. He is also Secretary General of Indian Society of Gastroenterology.
 The guest was welcomed by the Director SKIMS, Dr Showkat Ali Zargar who termed Dr Mishra’s presence as a “rare moment from which all of us should benefit.”
 The guest lecture was attended by senior faculty members, senior residents and postgraduate students, besides other participants.
