This refers to the healthcare system in our hospitals and the efforts taken to streamline the system in our primary healthcare centers. In this regard, our hospital has rendered a great service in providing the healing touch to the ailing. Our only request to the concerned authorities is to provide full support to an efficient team of doctors in the hospital. The transfer policy of the government must be in accordance of the needs of the hospitals in the district. What happens sometimes tells upon the smooth functioning of the institutes. It takes time to get doctors settled at a particular place, then getting them transferred to other places can't always be a workable arrangements. Health department must let doctors stay longer at one place. They get properly familiar with the working conditions.
