JK Bank holds customer meet

Srinagar, June 23: Aimed to lap up the suggestions of its customers and listen to their grievances, J&K Bank Cluster II (North) organized an interactive session on Wednesday at its B/U Safapora.
 The session presided over by Muhammad Amin Khan, Cluster Head (II), was attended by people from all walks of life, representatives of traders’ federation of area, pensioners, depositors, borrowers, etc. Branch Head Safapora was also present.
 Speaking at the session, Cluster Head impressed upon the gathering that the bank would in no way compromise on the quality of customer services. He advised the bank staff to serve the customers so that they feel satisfied and delighted.
 However, Khan also made it clear that willful defaulters would be pursued vigorously and there won’t be any let up in the bank’s recovery programme. Customers who put forth their views were Nissar Ahmad, Ghulam Muhammad Shergujri,  Abdul Hamid,  Muhammad Yaseen,Mehraj ud din Bhat, Mushtaq Ahmad  and M Ahsan Bhat
