ISC chairman elected

Srinagar, June 26: Er Sofi Ghulam Qadir has been re-elected as the Chairman of Islamic Study Circle (ISC) Jammu and Kashmir, an ISC spokesman said. 
 He said the 3-year basic membership conference of the ISC was held in Srinagar on Sunday during which the advisory and administrative councils were elected. Later the advisory council re-elected Sofi Ghulam Qadir as the Chairman.
