Time frame

This refers to Mirwaiz Umar Farooq’s statement that there has to be a time frame for the resolution of Kashmir issue. It is high for India and Pakistan to resolve the dispute as soon as possible. Mirwaiz has again reiterated his four point formula which should be implemented by the Government of India.
