Rotational CM

This refers to the debate of rotational CM. It's not important as to who holds the regins, important is who delivers. So far we have seen NC government failing on many counts. There is no doubt they also tried to do many good things for the valley, but by and large their performance is not that outstanding. But they alone are not to be blamed for that. Every government that comes to power always promises to turn mountains, but at the end of the day, nothing miracuulous happens. Better will be not to make the CMship a debate. Debate must revolve around the performaance of the chief minister. People hold a decision, whether to allow one particular individual to continue or ask him to step down. Seeing the past expererience, we have seen that this rotation phenomenon has always been a contention. They must decide at the very outset as to who is to continue for the full term. Let one avail a term and then evaulate him on merit.
