Power politics

 This refers to the article “The power politics” by Hassan Zainagiree (GK June 4). GK deserves appreciation for raising the issue of NHPC. It is not only NHPC which is behaving and acting like East India Company but the imported bureaucracy, supposed to run the affairs of state, is trying to work against the interests of the state. Neither the so-called mainstream political parties nor the indigenous bureaucratic elite can stop them from plundering and robbing our natural resources. That is because it is a nexus which is working and collaborating together and every party receives its due share. Hope we think on this.
