Resolve Kashmir

This refers to the statement made by Sajad Gani Lone that guns will return to Kashmir if dialogue fails. It is high time to resolve Kashmir issue so that such a situation does not arise. New Delhi must step in to resolve the dispute which is awaiting resolution for the past many years. Let peace prevail.
