Stray dogs unleash terror in Rangreth

Scores bitten in past few days

Srinagar, June 7: Stray dogs have unleashed a reign of terror in Rangreth area biting scores of people in the past few days, the residents said.
 They said at least a dozen locals were bitten by the stray packs in the past around a week.
 “I feel scared to go home late because no less than a dozen dogs are prowling outside our main gate,” said Nisaar Ahmed a local.
 The residents accused the nearby security camps of having thrown out the packs into the residential locality.
