Army Chief in Valley

Srinagar, June 8: Army Chief General VK Singh arrived on a two-day visit to the valley on Wednesday. General Singh was received at Awantipora Air Base by Lieutenant General SA Hasnain, GOC 15 Corps, and Major General Gurdeep Singh, GOC Victor Force.
Later the Army Chief was briefed by General Hasnain on various security related issues and also interacted with senior officers of the Chinar Corps.
