'Act against adulterators'

Srinagar, Mar 14: Members of Saffron Growers Association today urged the police to act firmly against the fake saffron manufacturers and adulterators. At a public meeting with senior officers of the police department including SP Awantipora, Muhammad Irshad, SDPO Awantipora and SHO Pampore, the growers demanded strict action against the adulterators. The meeting was also attended by locals from adjoining areas of Pampore at Police Station Pampore.The members hailed the police for “extending all possible cooperation in this regard.”
