Peaceful year

This refers to the news “Peaceful summer ahead: Khoda.” Police can play a big role in ensuring that this summer remains peaceful. In 2010, it was the police action on protesters which affected the peaceful atmosphere in the Valley. Police is meant to protect people and not harass them or kill them in broad daylight. Right now, police must stop arresting youth and booking them under PSA. That is the only way the separatist leadership would remain quite. Otherwise arrests would give separatists a chance to call the shots.
