Science exhibition, seminar held

Srinagar, Mar 14: The District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Srinagar organized a science exhibition and science seminar for schoolchildren.
An official handout said around 600 students from various government and private schools participated in the programme titled International Year of Biodiversity 2010 .
“In the Science Seminar British School bagged first position, while Ms Mashali Mohalla, SP HSS, IMI Girls, BHSS Nawakadal and GHSS Zadibal bagged second, third, forth, fifth and sixth positions respectively,” the handout said.
“In the science seminar 1st position was bagged by Shazia of Tiny Harts School, second by Bisma of IMI and third position was bagged by Saima of GHSS Zadibal.”
