Resolution of K-issue must for peace: JKSM

Srinagar: JK Salvation Movement on Thursday claimed that the restoration of peace would be a far fetched dream in South Asia until Kashmir issued was resolved in accordance with the wishes and aspirations of people.
 In a statement, JKSM spokesman asked the Government of India to demilitarize Jammu Kashmir, release all detainees and revoke all black laws to make atmosphere congenial for talks. He said, “It is now time that Kashmir issue is resolved through tripartite talks.”
 Meanwhile, the party has demanded immediate release of all the political detainees including Zaffar Akbar Bhat, Yasmeen Raja, Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai, Mian Abdul Qayoom, Bilal Siddiqui, Ghulam Nabi Sumji, Shakeel Bhat, Mushtaq-ul-Islam, Aasiya Andrabi, Fahmida Sofi, Ghulam Nabi Shaheen, Muhammad Ahsan Untoo, Qazi Yasir, Dr Qasim and Ghulam Qadir Bhat.
