Two women washed away
Jammu, Mar 19: Flash floods washed away two women in Jammu’s Ramban and Poonch districts on Saturday, sources said.
Rukhsana Begum wife of Muhammad Saleem Kumar of Gool Ramban was washed away while crossing a stream this evening, officials said. “Efforts are on to retrieve her body.”
Meanwhile, police recovered the body of a woman Hamida Bi wife of Mehmood Ahmed from a stream at Ghani Dhara in Poonch. “The deceased woman was washed away while crossing the stream this morning,” officials said.
