Not politics

This refers to news that schools and health facilities have been upgraded selectively in the constituencies of two sitting ministers. It is really shameful that the state government is playing politics in everything. Normally such things should have been allotted on the basis of need and requirement and as per the population in a particular area. But here something different is happening. The deserving are denied their rights and this seems to be quite normal with the state government led by National Conference. New Delhi must take a note of this malpractice and ensure that the upgradation takes place as per the need, not politics.
