Jaleel Andrabi’s anniversary today
Srinagar: Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front is organizing special prayer meetings at its head office, Maqbool Manzil, and district offices to mark the martyrdom anniversary of Shaheed-i-Insaf Advocate Jaleel Ahmad Andrabi on March 27, Sunday.
“Front leaders, activists and sympathizers will assemble at Martyrs’ Graveyard, Eid Gah, on March 30, to pay glowing tributes to Ashfaq Majid Wani on his martyrdom anniversary,” said a spokesman of the Front in a statement issued on Saturday from Maqbool Manzil, adding that “To mark the martyrdom anniversary of Dr Abdul Ahad Guroo on April 1, Friday, a blood donation camp will be organized to mark the day.”
Meanwhile. JKLF has expressed concern over the continued detention and deteriorating health of its leaders, Mir Siraj-ud-Din Dawood, Ghulam Nabi Kashmiri and Me’raj-ud-Din Chenni.
In a statement, Front alleged that Siraj-ud-Din, lodged in Central Jail here, was not produced in the Budgam court on March 12, and March 23, for hearing. Ghulam Nabi Kashmiri, who, according to it, was suffering from various ailments, was battling for life in Kathua Jail, Jammu.
