Police public meet at Rainawari
Srinagar, Mar 26: A police public meet was Saturday held at Police Station Rainawari in Shahr-e-Khaas.
A police handout said: “Around 100 respectable citizens of Rainawari area participated in the said meet which was presided over by DIG CKR Srinagar while SSP Srinagar, SP City North, SDPO Khanyar and SHO Police Station Rainawari were also present on the occasion.”
“They (residents) urged the DIG that stern action should be taken against drug peddlers and the youths who are involved in eve teasing and other social crimes,” the handout added.
