They said that the party has so far upheld its earlier decision to contest from all the three seats of Jammu region, including one reserved seat of Poonch district but the final decision would be taken in the coordination committee meeting, to be held on Tuesday. The meeting was earlier scheduled for today but was deferred to Tuesday, sources said.
If sources within the party are to be believed, Congress is likely to repeat Jahangir Mir for Poonch seat, while former deputy chief minister Mangat Ram Sharma and former minister Jugal Kishore may be the party candidates for two other seats.
