Proxy practice

Because of mounting pressure from the government to enforce complete ban on private practice on the SKIMS doctors, recently new trends have surfaced. In order to keep the patients glued to their clinics, the SKIMS doctors have approached other doctors to sit in their clinics till the heat diminishes. Do government have the answer to it. Recently I had to take my kid to the clinics of two famous child specialists, but to my utter surprise I found two different doctors doing the proxy.
