Sit-in for social awareness today
Srinagar: A group of students and people from different walks of life will stage a sit-in at Polo Ground here on Thursday, March 31 at 11 am to spread awareness against the dilapidated roads, unemployment, rampant corruption, vandalization of forests and pollution of water bodies in the Valley.
In a statement, the group, KRG comprising mostly students invited youth to participated in the sit-in. "We want our Kashmir to become heaven again,” the KRG’s Khuram Qadir said.
He said the sit-in would be followed with a seminar in which Moulvis would speak about the menace of corruption.
