Week-long counselling camp begins at KU

Srinagar, Mar 3: A week-long student career and guidance camp organized by the centre for public relations Kashmir University began at the KU today.
On the first day hundreds of students participated in the camp inaugurated by Director Information Technology and Support Systems, KU, Dr Mehraj-ud-din.
Dr Din said the camp shall go a long way in helping students to make better career choices. “This is only the beginning of career planning and career guidance but a very important first step and with information about your interests; you can now explore a wide range of career options,” he told the students.
The event was attended by Assistant Dean Students Welfare and PRO KU Showkat Shafi, Counselor Zubair Ahmad , Student Counselors from KU who volunteered for the counseling, members of Public Relations Centre and IT and SS Kashmir University. The counseling will continue for another five days at the same venue.
