Malik, others released
Srinagar, Apr 30: The Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Muhammad Yasin Malik, who was arrested on April 28, along with other Front leader Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi, was released on Saturday. Malik, according to Front statement, is scheduled to address a press conference on May 2, Monday, at 12 noon at JKLF headquarters, Maqbool Manzil, Maisuma, here. Another Front activist Ashiq Hussain was also released. Meanwhile, Front office-bearer of district Kulgam Ghulam Nabi Kashmiri was also released on court orders after three years of detention. He was arrested three years ago and detained in Kathua Jail under PSA, the statement added.
