Ex-servicemen rally held

Baramulla, May 9: General Officer Commanding, dagger division, on Monday flagged off an ex-servicemen rally here.  “The aim of the rally was to resolve the pension and welfare related issues of ex-servicemen and the widows. The rally also highlighted the latest health related schemes and recruitment opportunities for their wards in the army,” an army officer said. H said the rally encompassed the activities of interaction with the concerned pension and recruitment officials, health schemes, and bank loans for pensioners. The Zila Sainik welfare Board officer was also present on this occasion.
