Amarnath Yatra 2011

Srinagar, May 17: Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board Chief Executive Officer, R K Goyal today said that as many as 1,04,341 persons have secured the yatra permits for this year’s Amarnath Yatra. 
 In a communiqué, Goyal said, these persons have got permits during the first seven days since the commencement of registration.
 He said of 1,04,341 yatris, 56,246 have opted for traditional Pahalgam route and 48,095 have secured registration for the Baltal route.
