Jora honours Oveesa for cracking IAS
Srinagar: Minister for Tourism and Culture, Nawang Rigzin Jora has honoured Oveesa Iqbal, who cracked Indian Administrative Service examination this year.
Jora presented traditional Ladakhi Scarf ‘Khataks’ to Oveesa.
He said it was a moment of pride for the State especially Ladakhies that a female candidate from Leh had cracked prestigious civil services examination.
