Zaffar under house arrest
Srinagar, May 19: The Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement Zaffar Akbar Bhat was put under house arrest on Thursday evening, a JKSM spokesman told Greater Kashmir.
He said a huge contingent of police were deployed around Zaffar’s house to restrict his movement.
