Youth missing in Aishmuqam

Islamabad: After the disappearance of a Pandit boy, another youth has gone missing in the Aishmuqam area of South Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) district.

 The youth Farooq Ahmad Dar, 25, son of Abdul Khaliq Dar of Logripora Ashmuqam has reportedly gone missing since May 17t, police said.
 Police said the description of the missing person is: Height 5’-7”, Colour Whitish, Hair plain, Wearing Black shirt and Jeans Pant and is supporting a beard.

 In just 43 days, Farooq Ahmad Dar is another youth who has gone missing from the area.

 Pertinently, a Kashmiri Pandit boy (Non Migrant) Sunil Raina who also is missing from the last 45 days also belongs to Chandrigam Ashmuqam. He was last seen on April 4 and is still missing, with police unable to trace his whereabouts.

 People of the village have expressed strong displeasure over the indifferent attitude of police towards the missing cases. 

 They urged the Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah to intervene in the matter.
