Transfers and postings in Forest Department

Jammu, May 26: Government today ordered minor reshuffle in Forest Department and shifted 10 senior rung officers.

 According to an order issued by the Commissioner Secretary to the Government Forest Department, Suresh Chugh, IFS (1985), Chief Conservator of Forests (FCA) Nodal Officer has been transferred and posted as CCF Central in the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests against an available vacancy.

 PK Singh, IFS (1986) Joint Director, Soil Conservator (IIQ) has been transferred and posted as CCF, Settlement and Demarcation vice SP Sharma.

 SP Sharma, IFS (1986) CCF, Settlement and Demarcation has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Soil Conservation (HQ) vice PK Singh.

 HS Salathia, IFS (1986) CCF, Project Coordinator, Ujh Project has been transferred and posted as CCF (FCA) Nodal Officer vice Suresh Chug.
 Muhammad Hussain Shah, IFS(1986) Research Division Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Regional Director, Social Forestry, Kashmir against an available vacancy.

 Hafizullah Sidiqui, IFS (1986) Joint Director, Soil Conservation Kashmir has been transferred and posted as Regional Wildlife Warden, Kashmir against an available vacancy.

 Dr. T. Ashok Kumar, IFS (1992) Special Secretary, Technical Forest Department will hold the charge of the post of Joint Director, Soil Conservation, Kashmir in addition of his own duties.

 VS Charak IFS (1997) Conservator of Forests, Vigilance has been transferred and posted as Project Coordination Ujh Project.

 MM Gupta, IFS (1992) awaiting orders of posting has been posted as Joint Director, Forest Protection Force, Jammu against an available vacancy.

 GD Chalotra, IFS (1997) awaiting orders of posting has been posted as District Soil Conservation Officer Jammu against an available vacancy
 The order said that the posts of Joint Director, Soil Conservation (HQ), Regional Director, Social Forestry and Regional Wildlife Warden have been elevated to the level of CCFs till the new incumbents are posted there.
