EJAC (Q) mourns demise
Srinagar: The Employees’ Joint Action Committee president, Abdul Qayoom Wani, has expressed sorrow over the demise of senior trade union leader and district president of R&B Employees’ Union for Kupwara, Ghulam Rasool Tantray on Thursday after brief illness.
Wani has prayed for the deceased and sympathized with the bereaved family. He is scheduled to visit Tantray’s residence at Handwara on Saturday.
Meanwhile, EJAC secretary Muhammad Sulaiman Bhat, district president for Kupwara, Mir Fayaz, Manzoor Ahmad Bhat and Nissar Ahmad Mir have also expressed grief over the demise.
