Farewell accorded to Bedar
Srinagar, May 29: Senior IPS officer and SSP CID (SBK), Javed Reyaz Bedar, was given a farewell party at Police Golf Course here. Bedar will retire from active service on May 31.
The Director General Police, Kuldeep Khoda, DGP Law and Order, K Rajendra Kumar, IGP Kashmir Range, S M Sahai, SSP City, Syed Ashiq Hussain Bukhari and other senior police officers were present on the occasion.
The DGP while lauding Bedar said that he always performed his duty with zeal and performed under tough situations. Bedar in his career served at important postings like SSP City, SSP Baramulla, SSP Pulwama and SSP Airport Security.
